Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscriptions:  

 

If canceled, you will no longer have access to Online Courses after the current billing cycle ends.

 

Registration Fee for online courses is a one time fee, we offer a Returning Student membership if you cancel your subscription without finishing an Online Course, and wish to continue at a later date.

If the recurring payment for your subscription fails, you have a grace period of 24 hours to resubmit payment and/or update billing information before your subscription cancels automatically.

 

Refunds will not be accepted after 48 hours from the purchase date.  All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Digital Archives:

Please double check in the class description that you meet any prerequisites of the archived class you are purchasing.
