Student Agreement

Students agree to use these courses for self cultivation. This is not a teacher training program.  Participants are NOT authorized to teach or reproduce any of the content learned in these courses without direct permission and certification from Lindsey Wei or Li Shi Fu.  

 

Students will not share video content or access to their memberships and courses with others.

A membership subscription is required for continued access to online course content.

Legal Disclaimer Agreement for Online Class and Membership Purchase

By purchasing access to online classes or membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Access to Class Material and Video:

   • You are purchasing access to the class material and video content provided in this online course.

   • The access granted to you is not indefinite and may be subject to expiration, limitations, or changes at any time at the sole discretion of Lindsey Wei.

2. Modification of Content:

   • Lindsey Wei reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of the class material and video content at any time without prior notice.

   • These modifications may include, but are not limited to, updates to the material, changes in video content, or the removal of certain sections.

3. Proprietary Rights:

   • All class material and video content remain the exclusive property of Lindsey Wei.

   • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the class material and video content for personal, non-commercial use only.

   • You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the class material and video content without the prior written consent of Lindsey Wei.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties:

   • The class material and video content are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

   • Lindsey Wei disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability:

   • In no event shall Lindsey Wei be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the class material and video content.

6. Governing Law:

   • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which Lindsey Wei operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
