Seven Star Sword
March 18 - 23
This is a camp open to all. This includes beginners wishing to learn the sword form and begin their sword practice. It is also recommended to returning sword students for continued refinement of form and function.

There will be 2 levels taught simultaneously, the Yang Sheng group and the Gong Fu group. The Yang Sheng group will be guided in the Life Nourishing approach to sword practice. Movements will be slower and upright, with a focus on breathing, health preservation, and spirit. The Gong Fu group will be expected to push their physical limits for growth, go deeper into low stances, engage in running warm ups, and generally be challenged to perform faster and under pressure.
Included for both levels at the respective pace and application, with modifications for longevity: kung fu basics, cardio training, strength training, flexibility, sword basics and bagua footwork, light partner drills, seven star sword form, morning qi gong and evening meditation.

Dragon Heart Sword
March 25 - 31
This camp is designed for the returning intermediate to advanced sword students and is the first ever opportunity to learn the Dragon Heart Sword form, considered the advanced swordsmanship form of the Chun Yang Sect.
Dragon Heart Sword employs the bagua stepping, footwork, and cosmological methodology similar to Chun Yang Ba Bu. Performed entirely on the cosmograph, this form is rich with dragon-like circularity and fluidity. It contains Daoist talismans, handseals, and conjuring of energetics from the eight directions.
This form is longer than average and is only permitted to be taught by a handful of senior students outside of the Five Immortals Temple, one of whom is Shi Fu Lindsey Wei. Shifu Lindsey is also the first disciple to have ever been taught this form by Li Shifu in 2005.
In this first ever, one week intensive, students are permitted to learn up to â…”’s of this form. To complete the form, students must gain approval and travel with Shifu Lindsey to Five Immortals Temple.

Price options for 6 nights ranging from $150 (camping in the yard) to $420 (private room) for each camp. Book during registration.

The rest of your registration payments are refundable (minus any transaction fees) if you cancel 90 days in advance.
If you cancel 30 days in advance registration is only refundable if we can fill your spot.
If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, your registration is non-refundable.
