Whether you have just started as an online student, or you have been returning to in person retreats for many years, these classes are a great review and way to stay connected to the arts and community.
Classes will be led every Thursday at 9am Pacific Time on Zoom by Senior Students, Assistant Instructors and occasionally by Shifu Lindsey Wei.
These sessions are live and not recorded, no class on Holidays and 5th weeks.
