Cosmic Movement: Intro to Ba Gua

This is a 1.5 hour introduction to Ba Gua as taught in the online seminar Power of Yin - a collaboration with Catharina Costanza, LoAn Tran, and Sachiko Okitsu (recorded on 12-18-2021). This is a great intro class to take if you are not sure what Ba Bu Chun Yang is and want to give it a try. We focus in on some of the ceremonial elements of this art and learn/practice mud stepping as well as the basic walking pattern. It is beneficial to practice what is learned in this class for a few weeks before moving on. You will need a roll of masking tape to set up your space.
