Our formula is passed down through martial lineage from Li Shi Fu at the Five Immortals Temple, Heavenly Horse Peak, Wudang, China.
Ingredients: Hong Hua (Safflower), Dang Gui (Angelica), Xu Duan (Japanese Teasel Root), Ru Xiang (Frankincense), Mo Yao (Myrrh), Chuan Xiong (Szechuan Lovage Root), Xue Jie (Dragon's Blood), Ren Sheng (Ginseng), and other Traditional Chinese Herbs.
Common uses for liniments or "dit da jow": shin and arm conditioning, bone healing and conditioning, injury healing, martial arts injuries, strengthening bones and tendons, trauma healing, iron palm training.
Application:
Apply generously, massaging into affected area multiple times per day. A subtle and nourishing numbing sensation can be felt when applied.
