These courses are designed for ongoing training in the core curriculum and included in the Student Membership subscription.
After beginning to grasp and become proficient in the above areas, we invite you to follow your interest into Taiji Quan, Ba Gua, or Sword, and approach in this order if unable to choose. We suggest starting with one course and completing it before moving on to a different style.
Course Flow
1. We suggest beginning with Yang Sheng Gong and Daoist Meditation online courses, while also attending weekly live classes on 1st Thursday for Yang Sheng Gong.
2. If you are interested in physical fitness, strength, and mobility through kungfu, we also suggest building a foundation by attending the 2nd Thursday Kung Fu weekly live classes.
3. Our Da Gong course is an advancement from Yang Sheng Gong into the world of “hard” qigong. This is suitable once you have completed Yang Sheng Gong and is best practiced in Spring and Summer.
4. Once you have taken a minimum of one class in the Taiji, Bagua, or Sword programs, we invite you to attend the 3rd and 4th Thursdays weekly live review class for community practice and refinement.
